We went the other way. We built a company where food quality is non-negotiable, every employee is a full-time member of our team, and we take complete ownership at site — no excuses, no finger-pointing.
Five years and exponential growth later, Desert City is the leading operator of camps between 20 and 100 persons in Australia — with three sites operating at up to 200 person capacity.
